THE SELECTION PROCESS
1. One-to-one meeting with the client to gain a thorough understanding of their organization, purposes and goals.
2. Agree on the qualifications, responsibilities and parameters of the position and assist in developing the job description.
3. Provide a realistic and clear timeline and action plan demonstrating of how we will proceed with the search.
4. Locate, identify and contact potential candidates who are qualified for the particular position through our research consultants.
5. Online and face-to-face interviews with selected candidates by our consultants.
6. Present shortlist of most highly qualified candidates with their personal profiles.
7. Provide online assessment and reference checks on final candidates (optional).
8. Provide clients ongoing consultation throughout the hiring process, manage candidate expectations and negotiate offers and acceptances.
9. Post-hire follow-up.
